STIMULUS Strength — It’s getting HEAVY today! Yesterday was bodyweight and monostructural focused, while today is the exact opposite. The goal in this 15:00 window is to build to a heavy and perfect set of 2. Form should not be compromised to simply load the bar a little heavier today. Workout — Volume upon volume

STIMULUS Skill Session — GOAT Work is not meant to be high intensity- athletes should be calm and controlled in the Goat minute, and can challenge themselves in the Jump Rope minute. For newer athletes, use the Jump Rope minute to develop comfortability, and for your vets, challenge them to some Triple Under practice! Workout
