Skill: 20 minutes of L-sit and Handstand Practice *athletes will have 20 minutes to practice L-sits and handstand holds. Members can choose how they practice these movements. Encourage members to get “upside down” today, whether that means on the wall or on the box, get upside down!! For L-sits, members can hang from the ring/rings,

WOD: 5k Run or Row Whichever sounds worse *encourage members to get out of their comfort zone today, have them truly pick the one that they think sounds worse. We will give members 35 minutes to complete the 5k toady. Scaling Options: Shorten the distance to 2.5k, 3k, 4k ect. Members should choose an option
