*Athlete Goal* – Work those BMU’s and come out of today knowing where we need work to continue to progress with this skill. Focus on the power of the lat and timing of the kip for the BMU’s, as well as getting more comfortable cycling a barbell! Shoot to get into the round of 6/12+!

Workout is moderate in overall length but will feel shorter with the added rest in between AMRAPs. Loads should be moderate to allow for cycled reps each time the bar is picked up; looking for athletes to be able to do 6-8 reps with good form. For the gymnastics pull, we are looking for the most complex/difficult option athletes can perform at their current levels of fitness. Because of this, we may see varying scores depending on load & scaling options selected. Goal is 6 rounds with your fittest athletes hitting the 8+ round range.
