*Bench press day!!! For today’s strength we are wanting to get 5 heavy sets of 10. People who are spotting should just give enough help to get the bencher through their sets of 10. Make them work!!

*today’s workout is a high volume of pressing, as we know with pressing movements, once they are gone….they are long gone. So the focus on today will be to manage that fatigue. Find a rep scheme that we can stay consistent on. Small sets, small rest.
