11-20: 1 Power Snatch
*For today’s EMOM we should be using the first half of the 20 minutes as a skill/technique piece, then working to a heavy for the last 10 minutes. We should catching each snatch with a locked out elbow (NO PRESSING OUT). With snatches, going too heavy and compromising form, will not help you get better at snatching.

*For the weight on the snatches today, we are looking for a weight where we can do 12+ touch and go reps, when fresh. As for pacing, we need to start with the end in mind. Going out too fast on the first 3 rounds will hurt you during the rounds of 8 and 10. Fast singles is a very good pacing option.
