4.15 Weighed Down
*This week we are moving into our 5 sets of 10!!! This will be a very challenging week, make sure you guys are recovering between workouts. For the deadlifts today we are looking to do all 10 reps as touch and go. The weight on the bar should be challenging, but we need to make sure we are keeping our back nice and stable. If we need to start at a lower weight and increase during the 5 sets that is ok for today.
5 Back squats (225/155)
*For the metcon today we are pairing a heavy back squat with running. We should push the pace on the run today and see what we have left on the back squats. The weight on the bar should be around 70% of your 1RM. We want to choose a weight that is heavy, but we should not have to break up the sets of 5.
