Calorie Ski
Handstand Walk
*we will be split into groups of 4, accumulating max reps for each stations. Teams will switch as needed. it is recommended to take short, maximum effort attempts, then rest while the other teammates go. The handstand walks will be be in 5 foot sections, each 5′ section counts as 1 rep.
