2 Squat Snatches
*for the EMOM today we will have members either work up to a heavy double, or work on the mechanics of the squat snatch. If people struggle with the overhead squat portion of the snatch, they should keep the bar super light, focusing on “catching” the bar as low as possible.

*the metcon today is an ascending ladder, if members do not have the mobility to get into a full snatch, we will have them do power snatches. Members will HAVE to catch the snatches with a locked out elbow to continue to use the weight on the bar, if you cannot, please lower the weight and focus on the correct movement patterns.
