Andrew St. Jean, a CrossFitter since 2010, is another amazing coach at CrossFit Zionsville! Andrew initially found CrossFit when looking online for workouts to do, and has been a CrossFitter ever since. He became a coach a year later (2011) and enjoys teaching people how to do new movements and exercises! Andrew knew he wanted to be a coach when he volunteered to help run a competition at UNC—Chapel Hill for college students. He discovered that he loves quickly teaching movements to people and realized that he wanted to be a CrossFit coach. Andrew has many certifications, including a CrossFit Level 1 certification, Complete Human Performance Hybrid Athlete Certification, CrossFit Weightlifting and Gymnastics Trainer Courses, and USA Weightlifting Level 1. He spends a lot of time in the gym, and shared that his favorite WOD is “Murph”, consisting of running, pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats, while his least favorite WOD is anything with an assault bike and thruster combo in it! Finally, Andrew used to golf and snowboard a lot and wishes that he could do it more now, but in most of his free time he hangs out with his dogs!
